Varicent needed a branded, flexible learning platform designed to attract and engage sales leaders through high-quality, interactive content while also generating leads. Off-the-shelf solutions lacked flexibility and cost-effectiveness they needed to successfully engage audiences, support their sales teams, and preserve their brand image.

Solution

Red Thread Innovations built a fully customized learning platform that embodied Varicent’s branding and delivered engaging course content through a headless learning management system (LMS). This gated portal was designed to securely capture lead data and integrate with their existing third-party systems in a single, seamless workflow.

Result

RTI successfully launched the Varicent Learning Portal in time for a high-traffic marketing opportunity, allowing them to position their expertise in the space and provide their prospective customers with meaningful value. The platform’s flexibility and scalability ensured Varicent could effortlessly expand their knowledge base and continue using the platform as a reliable source of lead generation.

Using an agile development approach, we completed the Varicent Learning Portal in three sprints, launching in time for a key marketing event. Streamlined Lead Management

The LMS was integrated with Varicent’s existing systems, including HubSpot for CRM, Snowflake for data management, and Auth0 for authentication. These integrations improved internal workflows, allowing Varicent’s marketing and sales teams to efficiently capture and follow up with leads while ensuring data security and accuracy.

A Scalable Brand Solution

To empower teachers and reduce operational costs, RTI proposed developing a self-serve library of instructional activities and resources. This library would allow teachers to easily find answers to product and feature related questions, while reducing The Learning Bar’s support costs.
