RTI Purposeful Innovation

RTI’s mission is to create meaningful digital products that delight customers and scale businesses. Our proprietary digital innovation process and frameworks have led to dozens of successful solutions, but as an organization that puts outcomes over outputs, we had bigger aspirations.
We knew that by sharing our approach, we could raise the bar for digital innovation across our industry and exponentially increase the number of lives we touch. As we explored opportunities, it became more and more clear that the best place to start was with the next generation of innovators.

For the past four years, RTI has been mentoring students from Sheridan’s Interaction Design (IXD) Program in creating meaningful digital solutions. We’ve coached over 300 students on how to validate problem spaces and design digital solutions using RTI’s proven approach. In addition to our mentorship, our team dedicates time to review the students’ work and awards winning teams with the opportunity to gain first-hand experience.
